\n Brillat-Savarin fut magistrat du proc\u00e8s Cadoudal. Cadoudal, g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Chouan, organisa plusieurs attentats contre Napol\u00e9on. Le premier fut l\u2019attentat de la rue Saint-Nicaise en 1800, le second fut un complot qui visait \u00e0 \u00e9liminer Bonaparte et proclamer Louis XVIII roi de France. Pichegru \u00e9tait charg\u00e9 de prendre la t\u00eate du gouvernement, tandis que Moreau devait pr\u00e9senter le duc d\u2019Enghien aux arm\u00e9es. Fouch\u00e9 d\u00e9joua le complot. Fouch\u00e9 d\u00e9joua cette conspiration. Elle visait \u00e0 \u00e9liminer Bonaparte, Pichegru \u00e9tait charg\u00e9 de prendre la t\u00eate du gouvernement et de proclamer Louis XVIII roi de France et Moreau devait pr\u00e9senter le duc d\u2019Enghien aux arm\u00e9es.
